Fort McMurray Labor Source is a leading provider of recruitment and temporary staffing services to employers across industry in northern Alberta. We are looking for a seasoned administrative professional to provide customer support services o our client in Fort McMurray.
If your are well organized and diligent in keeping track of multiple tasks while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, we would like to hear from you.
Duties · Answer customer inquiries and filter calls · Monitor schedule and ensure repairs are completed according to customer requirements · Schedule service calls and rush repairs · Enter daily shop and service call timesheets into payroll · Take orders and issue PO’s for new motors and pumps · Set up new jobs in ACS and setup the appropriate paperwork · Fill in and print the Q/A for all repair jobs · Prepare formal quotes from Motor Repair Estimates and forward to the customer · Ensure approvals for repairs/purchases are received · Place orders and issue PO’s for parts and shop supplies · Type completed Q/A’s and gather all test reports/data for completed jobs · Forward completed repair reports to the end user/customer · Ensure all jobs are invoiced appropriately · Perform TAC (Time & Attendance) billing for Syncrude contracts · Maintain all vehicle maintenance files · Schedule routine maintenance and repairs for all vehicles · Maintain all equipment maintenance files · Schedule routine maintenance/calibration/repairs for all equipment · Aid in putting together presentations and bid packages · Maintenance and develop various presentations – both electronic and hard copy · Maintain company computer/server system (schedule repair calls/general computer/email issues) Qualification · At least 2 years experience in a busy administrative and customer service role. · Must be organized and diligent in keeping track of multiple tasks from first enquiry right through to completion of orders. · Must be competent with Microsoft Office products.
